For the one reviewer that wrote that this company is not Up & Up, he must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I just a complex lamp repair job that took 30 minutes also and Lamp Repair Etc. did an Excellent Job. I recommend this company to everyone.

I am extremely pleased with a Hello Kitty lamp shade Carmen replaced. Unfortunately Sanrio does not lamp shade replacements. A new lamp shade was made and blends in with Hello Kitty. A special thanks to Lamp Repair Etc. I am very pleased with the new lamp shade on the Hello lamp. Thank You!
